Custom 2011-Style Handgun

The BB 11 is a hand-built, performance-focused 2011-style pistol designed for shooters who expect precision, reliability, and craftsmanship from every component.

Each BB 11 is hand fit, tuned, and test inspected at Boondock Ballistics. Every pistol is built around a carefully selected set of performance-focused components, then finished to the customer's specifications.

The result is a purpose-built pistol designed for target and competition shooting, combining modern performance with the craftsmanship of a custom handgun.

Every BB 11 is individually fit and tuned rather than assembled as a production-line pistol.

The machined stainless steel slide and frame are precisely fit for consistent lockup and smooth operation. The pistol features a KKM stainless steel bull barrel, Dawson Toolless Guide Rod, and fully machined EGW internal components with no MIM parts.

KKM barrels are used as the primary barrel option for the BB 11, subject to availability. When a KKM barrel is unavailable, a Nowlin stainless steel bull barrel may be substituted.

Each pistol is inspected and function tested before leaving the bench.

Standard BB 11 Configuration

Every BB 11 comes equipped with the following configuration:

Stainless Steel Slide

The BB 11 features a stainless steel slide with slide serrations and lightening cuts, providing a distinctive appearance while reducing reciprocating mass.

Aluminum Grip Module

An aluminum grip module provides a rigid, lightweight platform with a performance-oriented feel and plenty of bite.

RMR Optic Cut

Every BB 11 is direct milled for the RMR optic footprint, eliminating the need for an additional optic mounting plate.

The optic cut is machined specifically to position the red dot as low as practical within the 2011 platform, keeping the optic as close to the bore axis as possible while maintaining the necessary slide and mounting geometry. This low-profile direct-mount configuration provides a clean sight picture and helps minimize the overall height of the optic above the slide.

The BB 11 is built without a front sight cut unless otherwise specified, keeping the standard configuration optimized for red-dot use.

Red Dirt Trigger

Every BB 11 is equipped with a Red Dirt Trigger, selected for a clean, predictable trigger interface.

Dawson Toolless Guide Rod

The BB 11 uses a Dawson Toolless Guide Rod for convenient disassembly and maintenance.

KKM Bull Barrel

The BB 11 primarily uses a KKM stainless steel bull barrel, selected for its performance and reputation for precision.

Barrel selection is subject to availability. If a KKM barrel is unavailable at the time of your build, a Nowlin stainless steel bull barrel may be used as an alternative.

Fully Machined Internals

The BB 11 uses fully machined internal components with no MIM parts, selected with durability, reliability, and performance in mind.

Finish Options

While the BB 11 comes with a defined performance configuration, the finish of the pistol can be customized to your specifications.

Available finish options include:

• Matte Stainless

• Brushed Stainless

• Cerakote

• Black DLC

• Copper PVD

• Gold PVD

• Silver PVD

Finish options can be selected for the various components of the pistol, allowing you to create a combination that matches your preferred aesthetic.

For Cerakote finishes, your desired color or color combination will be confirmed with you after your order is placed and before finishing begins.

Included With Your BB 11

Every BB 11 includes:

• BB 11 custom-built pistol

• Two (2) 140mm Atlas magazines

• Soft pistol case

Build Time

The typical BB 11 build time is 6–8 weeks.

Actual lead time may vary depending on current build queue, component availability, and the finish selected.

DLC & PVD Finishes

Any DLC or PVD finish may add up to 6 weeks of additional lead time.

For example:

• Standard finish: approximately 6–8 weeks

• DLC or PVD finish: approximately 12–14 weeks

Additional delays may occur if specialized finishing or coating services require extended lead times.

Ordering Your BB 11

A 25% deposit is required to begin your build.

After your order is placed, Boondock Ballistics will confirm the details of your selected finish—including any Cerakote colors or color combinations—before the pistol moves into the finishing and final assembly stages.

The remaining balance is due prior to shipment or delivery.
