Due to the custom nature of the majority of our products and services, we do not charge at the time of checkout. The checkout process will generate a sales order, and we will reach out to confirm details. We will send a separate invoice to you via email for payment when the item is ready for shipment, or services are complete. Some products and services require a deposit, with balance due on shipment or pickup. Serialized firearms being sent to Boondock Ballistics LLC for service must be shipped using overnight delivery and must include a photocopy of a valid driver’s license or other government-issued ID inside the package. Customers may choose any shipping carrier they prefer and are responsible for outbound shipping costs, or they can coordinate with us to use a pre-paid UPS shipping option, which will be added to the final invoice. Non-serialized items (such as parts and accessories that are not firearms or frames) may be shipped via any shipping provider using standard service levels. Payment Options
Once your service is quoted, you’ll receive an invoice with multiple payment options. We accept ACH bank transfers at no additional charge and credit card payments with a 3.5% processing fee.
